mailing form can be used for sending a message
to the Club, its members or anybody else.
Please fill in your own details in the form
boxes below.
The
PoloMAIL system is provided as a site-wide utility. Although it does not attempt
to provide the scope of conventional mailing programs it is often more usable
if you're working from a browser. Please click only once
to send - you will see an acknowledgement after a few moments!
- The
PoloMAIL system does not retain a copy of any message you send, the transmission
is entirely sender-to-receiver in real time. If you wish to send others or yourself
a copy of your message, use comma separated addresses in the 'Recipient' box.
- "Hotlinks"
to email contacts appear throughout this site and clicking on any one of these
will fire up your standard email program if it is properly configured to do so.
Use this method for conventional mailing.
- The
PoloMAIL message is sent via polofarm.org's own mail server. There is no need
to fire up your regular email program. Just make sure you're connected to the
'Net as usual and send from here.

by-passes your own ISP or works email
