Charges: Members: £50 plus VAT for pavilion plus £10 bar extension
Non-Members: £100 plus VAT for pavilion plus £10 bar extension
  
       
Notes
      
  Payment is required in advance.
  The hirer will be liable for all damages to Club property howsoever caused.  
  A holding deposit of £200 against damages will be payable at the time of booking.  
  All bookings to be made via Bill Hayes, 6 Pineside Road, Littlebourne, Canterbury, Kent, CT3 1TG. Telephone 01227 721418.  
  At least 4 weeks notice is required when a bar extension is requested.  
  If the hirer is not prepared to clean up after an event there will be an additional charge of £40.00.  
  If the applicant is under 18 years of age, either a Parent or Guardian must sign this form. Or, in the case of a School application, by the Headmaster.  
  Supervision of under 18's is mandatory and a plan detailing the numbers of adults who will be in attendance must be agreed in advance.
