Have you participated at our Festival? Why not show off some of your pictures?

First: register as a user of poloGALLERY - stay on line and this takes less than a minute - just acknowledge the registration/security email then log on with your chosen details. Float your mouse around the @ sign of the top menu to see what's available, particularly after you log in, and check the 'admin' and 'user' modes then available to you.

You can now submit pictures in one or more ways:

The best is to create one or more of your own albums, and then submit to these. Once admin authorised, your recent submissions become publicly viewable. You can 'admin' each album and change details and permissions. Select your album from the Album List > User galleries. Choose to 'Edit Pics' to add relevant caption and details, (add a note the album description to the effect "transfer to Easter 2003" or whatever if pictures are intended for another gallery album not here accessible to you). Please follow published entries for style and usage of keyword entries - but don't worry too much about this as some info is better than no info!!!

Alternatively , you may prefer the easy option and simply 'upload a picture' to those albums which permit this and show as selectable. Picture submissions have to be authorised before you can next see them - please add details in the descriptive fields as you will not get a chance to do this other than by "commenting" later.

If you wish to upload a batch, and use Windows XP, click here to download a neat little wizard to batch upload them. Post these to your own gallery album so you can return to add details later via 'Edit Pics' (this is important). Also you MUST have logged in just before to poloGALLERY to do this before applying the Publishing Wizard (as a session cookie is plonked on your machine for security/access for the files upload). You will be able to post both to your own "user" album(s) and to general acvcess ones which will be listed.

Don't worry too much if you cock things up - easy remedied, but advise by email if you think there's been a hiccup - and if you have probs elsewise:
