Training
1st XI -Tuesday and Thursday and some Saturdays
2nd XI and 2A's Wednesdays.  Rest of the Club - Wednesday
Academy - Monday

Games
Once you have been selected for a squad it is your responsibility to ring your captain to find out if you have been selected. Your captain will tell you the best time to call. You will be informed if you are to change squads. Also ensure that you let your captain know if you are not available. Please try to keep your unavailability to a minimum as late cancellations can cause the captains immense anguish.

You will be given a fixture book, which contains all of the numbers you will need. (A fixtures-only version is available for download in the Season Programme section.)

When your game has finished, do not rush off before paying your dues, covering the teams’ bar duty, clearing away the tea things. Please ensure that your opposition are looked after when a game has finished, make sure they know where to go and where they can eat their tea. Do not dive in before our visitors, it looks rude and is not acceptable.

Kit
Club kit must be worn at all games.

• Black skirts (not shorts)
• White & Green Shirts (this season all shirts will be supplied).
• Green socks with white tops

Kit can be purchased from Lea Ray Sports following the link on CLHC home page or on 01795 535353.

Duties
If you are over 18 you will be expected to do your share of bar duties. Cover is required on match days and on Monday and Thursday evenings. The bar rota can be found on the ladies’ notice board. You will also be required to do at least one mini-hockey session on a Sunday morning. The mini-hockey rota can also be found on the notice board.

If you are under 18 then you are expected to do at least 2 mini-hockey duties.

There are two people allocated an evening bar duty and it is important that you both turn up. They keys will be passed on to you from the previous weeks bar person(s). Please make sure that you know who to seek out. If you have never worked behind a bar, don’t worry; we will put you on with an experienced person so they can show you the ropes.

Fees
It is your responsibility to pay your subscription and your match fee. Do not wait to be asked, offer your money to the captain or to her delegate. At times we all have to rush off after a game, but before you go ensure you have paid your dues and inform someone in the team that you can’t help this time but will make up for it in the future.

If your team is playing away and you have a car, you may be asked to drive, if so, your petrol costs will be reimbursed.

Remember a club such as ours needs managing and everyone can spare a few moments of their time to help. Take some pride in your club, treat it with respect, and be proud of your involvement.

We always need volunteers to take on a variety of roles, please let me know if you can help in some way.
