Canterbury junior hockey club

Welcome Canterbury junior hockey club

We are a thriving and friendly club with fantastic facilities at Polo Farm Sports Club. We provide quality coaching for boys and girls aged 5 to 18 from complete beginners to international players and new members are welcome at any time during the season. We have one of the largest junior sections in the country.

During the 2013/14 season, we had some 400 children aged up to13, register for hockey and they came from 60 different schools across Kent.

Please email  Annie Hare if you would like to give hockey a try, or  if your child is years 1-7 or if older - use the 'contact us' tab  and provide us with your contact details & DOB etc.

Canterbury Junior Hockey Club has recently been awarded the England Hockey club Clubs First accreditation scheme kite mark.  This is awarded to clubs that can demonstrate that they are working towards minimum operating standards (MOS).  ClubsFirst is aligned with the Sport England Clubmark accreditation, recognised nationally by NGBs, local government, education and the sporting industry.

In its simplest terms, the process ensures that our club has a “safe effective and child friendly” club environment. Further details about the Club's full programme of fixtures and events for all age groups will be available at the start of the season.
