Canterbury Hockey Club is one of the largest hockey clubs in the country and boasts impressive facilities at the Polo Farm Sports Club complex where there are two water-based pitches as well as a sand-based pitch.

The club fields ten men's sides, five ladies' sides, cup sides, tournament sides, a mixed side, a midweek side and has very strong youth and school sections. Each operates in its own organisational structure but collectively form a powerful presence on the hockey sport scene from local, regional, national and international perspectives. 2010-2011 Season
After the 1st team's successful promotion back to the premier division, player coach Kwan Browne's priority this year will be premiership survival. His playing ability is a fantastic asset for the club; he is an entertaining player who is a pleasure to watch from a spectators point of view and I am sure the team will find him to be an inspirational coach.
With the 2nd XI playing in the London League and seven other teams spread across the Kent, Kent & Sussex and South East Counties league, as well as a sociable veteran side, there is always something going on and plenty of hockey to watch.

Club Coaching

Canterbury Kit
Canterbury playing shirts are supplied by the Captains of each team. However all other playing kit including track suits, kit bags and wet weather gear are available for purchase directly from ONETWENTY2 sports shop.
